Two Ways to the Perfect Gift

1. Value Voucher

You decide how much you want to spend on the gift (e.g. 150 PLN, 200 PLN, 300 PLN or 500 PLN). The recipient, together with the therapist, will choose the treatment that best suits their needs.

2. Voucher for a Specific Massage

Choose a specific manual face therapy (e.g., Signature Kobido Intensive Massage 90 minutes). The gift card will not display the price – the recipient will only learn what pleasant ritual awaits them.

How Can You Collect Your Voucher?

PDF E-Voucher (via Email)

We send a print-ready PDF file directly to your email address. This is the fastest solution, perfect for a last-minute gift.

In-Person Pickup

A hand-written voucher in an ornamental envelope and elegant packaging can be collected in person at one of our salons in Gdansk (Oliwa or Osowa), by prior arrangement.

Shipping (courier / parcel locker)

We will send the packed and secured gift voucher by courier or to the specified InPost Parcel Locker to your address at a convenient time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the purchased gift voucher valid for?

Each gift voucher purchased at toKobido is valid for a period of **6 months** from the date of issue. Within this time, the recipient must book and complete the visit in one of our salons.

How can I pay for the ordered voucher?

You can pay for the voucher in several ways:

By traditional bank transfer to our PEKAO bank account (we will send details in the confirmation email).
By quick BLIK phone transfer.
By cash or card upon in-person collection at the salon (prior reservation of the collection date required).

Can the recipient exchange the voucher for another massage?

Yes. If the voucher is for a specific massage (e.g. Hadado), and the recipient would prefer another manual therapy (e.g. transbuccal massage), it can be exchanged within the same amount or with a surcharge for the price difference. We make sure that the gift is 100% tailored to the recipient's preferences.
