Kobido Intensive & Kinesiotaping Course
2000 PLNA comprehensive, 2-day training course (up to 16 hours of work) covering the full procedure of Japanese face massage and the application of kinesiology tapes. No formal educational requirements.
1. Theoretical introduction and preparation
Getting familiar with the treatment procedure from a holistic perspective. Discussion of facial anatomy, indications, as well as absolute and relative contraindications for deep massage. Learning how to conduct a proper pre-treatment interview and build relationships with clients.
2. Practical part (Exercises in pairs)
Practical learning of the individual stages of the Kobido Intensive treatment:
- Deep warming and relaxation of the myofascial structures of the face, neck, and cleavage.
- Deep relaxation phase eliminating stress tension.
- Lymphatic drainage removing water stagnation and swelling.
- Intense lifting phase stimulating collagen production.
- Phase of modeling the face oval and smoothing expression lines.
- Facial acupressure and massage with cooling salt balls.
3. Aesthetic Face Kinesiotaping
Broad discussion and practical learning of cutting and applying kinesiology tapes. You will learn how to properly tape the face to prolong and consolidate tissue lifting, smooth wrinkles, and improve lymphatic drainage.
Transbuccal Massage Intensive Course
Advanced training dedicated to deep intraoral therapy. Transbuccal massage is an irreplaceable method for releasing deep tension in the jaw and perioral area. For those who have completed the Kobido Intensive Course, we offer a 10% discount on this training.
1. Theory and basics of bruxism
Analysis of the temporomandibular joint biomechanics. Discussion of bruxism (teeth grinding, jaw clenching) in the modern world and the role of stress in creating muscle blocks. Indications and contraindications for bilateral tissue stimulation.
2. Practical intraoral massage
Learning bilateral grip techniques (from the outside and inside the oral cavity in sterile gloves). The program includes:
- Deep stretching and kneading of masseter and buccal muscles.
- Releasing fascial adhesions in the lower part of the face.
- Working on the floor of the mouth to relax the hyoid muscles.
- Techniques for restoring face symmetry and modeling the nasolabial fold from the inside.
3. Treatment integration
Methods of combining transbuccal massage with classic external facial massages to create signature, comprehensive therapeutic packages for clients struggling with tension pain and bruxism.

Obtain an official certificate
After successfully completing the practical part, each participant receives a personal **Certificate of Completion of toKobido Training** in Polish (and on request in English). This document officially confirms your skills and entitles you to perform treatments independently.

No – anyone who is interested can take the facial massage training at our academy, regardless of their background education. We teach everything from scratch, step by step.
The course consists of 2 full training days (up to 16 lessons, depending on the group's pace). Due to the massive amount of theoretical material and intensive practice of grips, it is not possible to shorten the training to one day.
Classroom training sessions take place in toKobido training rooms in Gdansk (Oliwa or Osowa) in small, intimate groups (usually from 2 to a maximum of 6 people). There is also the possibility of organizing an on-site training course (individual or for your salon staff) directly in your city.
To guarantee a place in the course, you must apply using the contact form below or by phone, and then pay a deposit of 600 PLN to the company account. The remaining amount is settled on-site before the start of the course.
